Project Manager/Coordinator
Responsibilities:
* The requirements are as follows :
* - Male, minimum age 30 years old for Manager and 28 years old for Coordinator
* - S1 from Interior Design/Architecture
* - At least 5 years Managerial level experience for Manager and 3 years old for Coordinator in interior contractor
* - Have experience in furniture manufacture is an advantage
* - Able to understand work process, finishing product and materials in used
* - Able to recognize the quality and design of the products
* - Able to make coordination in the project
* - Able to manage and build client relationship and have strong interpersonal skills for Customer Relation Management
* - Able to coordinate and manage projects and human resources in department
* - Positive mindset, dynamic, energetic, mature, responsible and highly motivated with excellent communication and must have strong leadership skill, analytical ability, and problem solving & decision making skill
* - Must have good appearance, ability to work in a team and individually, honest, discipline, willing to work under pressure and over time & on weekends
* - Fluent in written and spoken English
* - Verifiable work history
* - Having own transportation
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
